Construction Notes: Dilute with clean water at a dilution ratio of 5-10%.
Product Standard: Transparent alkali-resistant formula, effectively seals alkali in the base layer to prevent alkali efflorescence and whitening of topcoat; transparent and does not cover the color of the base layer.
